Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a dynamic and creative Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic - Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract and retain customers - Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling digital campaigns and promotions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize marketing efforts - Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives - Assist in creating and managing online advertising campaigns - Monitor and respond to customer feedback on online platforms - Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools - Excellent communication and writing skills - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Adaptability and strong time management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
