Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Storm Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and generate leads for our company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various online channels such as social media, email, and website. - Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making recommendations for optimization. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and messaging that resonates with our target audience. - Assist in the management of online advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking. - Assist in the management of the company's social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts. - Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. - Adaptable and reliable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve independently. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Analytics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
