Online Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Sprout Solutions is seeking a motivated and talented Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase brand awareness - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract followers and increase customer engagement - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online marketing campaigns - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Monitor and optimize website performance to improve search engine rankings and increase online visibility - Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing digital assets

Requirements: - Confident and passionate about digital marketing - Strong persuasion skills and ability to think strategically - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online advertising, social media management, and SEO - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
