Shopee Philippines is seeking a talented Online Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and a passion for driving online success. This is a part-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and increase customer engagement - Create and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing - Analyze digital marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth - Assist in the planning and execution of online promotions, sales, and events - Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential areas for improvement

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field - Passion for online marketing and e-commerce - Independent thinker with a strategic planning mindset - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
