Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Marketing Assistant to join our team at Zennya in Manila, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, this role will provide you with valuable insights and hands-on experience in the world of online marketing.

Responsibilities: - Support the online marketing team in executing various digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, email, and websites - Assist in creating engaging content for digital platforms to attract and retain customers - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to make data-driven recommendations for improvements - Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall marketing initiatives and objectives

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong interest in digital marketing is preferred - Reliable and energetic individual with a can-do attitude - Strong adaptability and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
