Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Cropital is seeking a part-time Online Marketing Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online marketing or a related field. We are looking for an independent and dedicated individual with strong presentation and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and implementing online marketing strategies to promote Cropital's products and services - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in the industry - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for online platforms - Analyze marketing metrics and data to optimize campaigns and drive results - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices - Support in organizing and executing online events or promotions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in online marketing or a similar role - Proficient in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools - Strong presentation and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
