Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team based in Manila, NCR, PH. This role will be remote, offering the flexibility to work from your desired location. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with 4 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively reach target audiences 2. Write and edit content for various communication channels including press releases, social media, website, and internal communications 3. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand reputation 4. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports to analyze the impact of communication efforts 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding 6. Assist in organizing events and campaigns to promote company initiatives

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field 2. Proven experience in crafting effective communication strategies and content 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and within a team environment 5. Reliable and confident personality traits that align with our company values 6. Proficiency in social media management tools and content management systems 7. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
