Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a talented and motivated Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience in the field of communications and marketing.

Responsibilities: 1. Write and edit content for various communication channels including social media, press releases, internal communications, and marketing materials. 2. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute communication strategies. 3. Monitor and analyze the performance of communication efforts and provide recommendations for improvement. 4. Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's brand voice and messaging. 5. Respond to inquiries and concerns from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a communications or marketing role is preferred. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills. 7. Resilient personality, able to handle pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
