Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and confident Communications Specialist to join our team at Balikbayad. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote our products and services - Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, press releases, and newsletters - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand voice - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to gauge effectiveness and make data-driven decisions - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our communication efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in digital marketing and social media management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools - Experience with content management systems is a plus
