Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Cloudstaff is seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience in communications or related fields. As a Communications Specialist at Cloudstaff, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering strategic messaging to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting various communication initiatives.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey Cloudstaff's key messages to target audiences - Write, edit, and proofread a variety of communication materials including press releases, blog posts, social media content, and internal newsletters - Assist in the organization and coordination of events, webinars, and other communication activities - Monitor and analyze communication strategies to evaluate their effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency across all communication channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication to continuously improve strategies and tactics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Driven and energetic personality traits - Time management and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms - Experience with graphic design software is a plus
