Communications Specialist

Job Description:

HealthNow is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with at least 4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields. As an Associate Level Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications plans to effectively convey HealthNow's message to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote company initiatives - Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement - Manage media relations and act as a spokesperson for the company when necessary - Support internal communication efforts to keep employees informed and engaged - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - 4 years of relevant experience in communications or marketing - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong soft skills in innovation and critical thinking - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
