Communications Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Specialist to join our team at BeamAndGo in Manila, NCR, PH. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to showcase your expertise in communications while working in a comfortable environment. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in communications or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the brand and engage target audiences - Create and manage content for various communication channels such as social media, newsletters, press releases, and website - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to maximize exposure - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and suggest improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with company goals - Provide support in organizing events, webinars, and other promotional activities - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve communication efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in creating engaging content and managing communication projects - Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities and requirements - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving results - Strong negotiation and project management skills - Proficient in MS Office and communication tools - Experience with social media management and digital marketing is a plus
