Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Gcash is looking for a passionate and resourceful Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in online communications or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement - Manage Gcash's online presence across various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing campaigns - Create engaging and relevant content for different online channels to reach target audiences - Monitor and analyze online metrics to track performance and optimize strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all communication channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online communication to continuously improve strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Strong decision-making and cooperation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail - Experience with SEO and SEM is a plus
