Online Communications Specialist

AIDE Home Health Care is seeking an Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in online communications or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to engage with clients, caregivers, and the community - Create and manage content for the company's website, social media platforms, and email campaigns - Monitor online conversations and engage with followers to build relationships and enhance brand reputation - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online communication efforts - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels

Requirements: - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment - Strong communication and project management skills to effectively lead online communication initiatives - Experience with social media management, content creation, and email marketing - Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics tools - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
