Online Communications Specialist

Saphron is seeking a reliable and passionate Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in online communications.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement - Manage social media platforms and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Create engaging content for social media, website, and email marketing campaigns - Monitor analytics to track the success of online communication efforts and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus
