Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Online Social Media Manager to join our team at Advance in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in social media management who are confident, driven, and have a passion for engaging with online audiences.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Collaborate with other team members to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent people management skills - Ability to conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor strategies - Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Detail-oriented and highly organized
