Online Social Media Manager

Job Description: Grab Philippines is seeking a part-time Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As an entry-level position, no previous experience is necessary. We are looking for someone who is confident, driven, and possesses strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage all social media platforms for Grab Philippines, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and tone - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from customers on social media - Analyze social media data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms - Stay up-to-date on current social media trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies

Requirements: - Confident and driven individual with strong communication skills - Leadership skills to coordinate with team members and collaborate effectively - Proficiency in using social media platforms and social media management tools - Basic understanding of analytics and data interpretation - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Must be able to work remotely and have flexibility in working hours
