Job Description:

Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, a leading energy company, is seeking a part-time PR Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. The PR Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing public relations strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in public relations, with a strong passion for the industry and a reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute public relations campaigns to promote Phoenix Petroleum Philippines - Manage media relations and act as a spokesperson for the company - Plan and coordinate public events, press conferences, and media interviews - Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends and opportunities - Create press releases, media kits, and other communication materials - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists and influencers - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in public relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field - 2+ years of experience in public relations or a related role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team - A proactive and results-driven approach to work
