Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Petron Corporation is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will be energetic and hardworking, with a passion for innovation and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in social media management - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong innovation and creativity skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of social media analytics tools - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
