Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a passion for social media and a willingness to learn and grow in the role is essential.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audience - Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter - Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner - Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our online presence - Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Resilient and independent, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong soft skills in innovation and adaptability, with a creative mindset to bring fresh ideas to our social media content - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms - Basic knowledge of design and photography principles - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
