Social Media Manager

Job Description: BeautyMNL, a leading beauty e-commerce platform in the Philippines, is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Taguig, NCR. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are independent, energetic, and passionate about the beauty industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. 3. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve. 4. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging. 6. Analyze social media metrics and report on performance to optimize strategies. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in social media.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and writing skills. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent organizational and planning skills. 4. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. 5. A passion for beauty and a keen eye for aesthetics. 6. No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
