Social Media Manager

Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at PLDT, you will be responsible for managing the company's social media accounts and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic to the PLDT website. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and publish content that is relevant, engaging, and on-brand.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms - Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of managing social media accounts and growing followers - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedicated and resilient attitude - Strategic planning and creativity skills
