Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to join our team at ZipMatch, a leading real estate technology company based in Makati, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate level position, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across various social media platforms. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media management, a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a proven track record of driving engagement and increasing brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website - Create and curate engaging content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content for maximum ROI - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to reach target audiences effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure ZipMatch remains competitive in the digital landscape

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools and digital marketing platforms - Motivated and independent with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability and strategic planning skills to navigate changing trends and consumer behavior
