Social Media Manager

Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at Grab Philippines, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's website, and generate leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, monitor online conversations, and analyze social media metrics to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives. 2. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms. 3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. 4. Engage with users by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices. 7. Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.

Requirements: - Motivated and energetic with a strong passion for social media. - Excellent cooperation and project management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred.
