Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Xepto Computing is seeking a talented Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Makati. As a part-time role at the Associate Level, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, while still being an integral part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices - Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics - Driven and hardworking with a passion for social media - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Persuasion skills to effectively engage with audiences - Positive attitude and ability to inject joy and vibrancy into the work environment
