Job Description:
Philippine Airlines is seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all social media platforms for Philippine Airlines.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. 4. Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. 5. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. 7. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner. 8. Research industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management. 2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think creatively. 4. Excellent research skills to stay informed on industry trends. 5. Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms. 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 8. Passion for the airline industry and travel.
