Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Social Media Manager to join our team at Globe Telecom in Manila, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing the company's social media strategy across various platforms.
Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in social media management or a related field - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for social media - Strong research and creativity skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
