KMC Solutions is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to work from home in Davao City, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create and manage content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 3. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement. 4. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. 5. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance. 6. Collaborate with marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and independent personality traits. 2. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4.
