Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Bench. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing our online presence across various social media platforms. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Makati, NCR, PH, with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Driven and goal-oriented with a passion for social media - Strategic planning and cooperation skills - No prior experience required, but a basic understanding of social media marketing is preferred
