Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Kumu is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This is a part-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok - Monitor social media channels to respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategy remains effective

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in social media management tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Driven and passionate about using social media to drive engagement and brand awareness - Experience in people management and negotiation is a plus
