Social Media Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Ayala Corporation is seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the success of one of the largest and most respected corporations in the Philippines.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in social media management - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong time management and leadership skills - Knowledge of social media platforms and tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
