Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Cloudstaff is seeking a motivated and resilient Social Media Manager to join our remote team. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking skills and creativity to effectively develop and implement social media strategies.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and posting content - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages - Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management - Strong critical thinking skills and creativity - Resilient and motivated - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
