Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Taxumo, a leading tax technology company, is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to work remotely from anywhere in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Entry Level Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's online presence and engaging with our target audience through various social media platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. 2. Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 3. Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and reach. 4. Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging social media trends. 7. Manage social media ad campaigns to reach target audiences effectively. 8. Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing content for social media platforms. 9. Report on social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement. 10. Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management on social media platforms.

Requirements: 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2. Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to work independently. 3. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 4. Critical thinking skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. 5. Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective algorithms. 6. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer. 7. Basic graphic design skills are a plus. 8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
