Job Description:


Phoenix Petroleum Philippines is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our remote team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and trends. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms. 3. Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels. 4. Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on performance. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. 7. Stay abreast of emerging social media platforms and technologies. 8. Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. At least 3 years of experience in social media management. 3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6. Reliable and confident personality traits. 7. Proficiency in social media analytics tools. 8. Ability to work independently and remotely.
