Job Responsibilities:Assign maintenance personnel on requests of complaints tenants, and monitor action taken on said requests/complaints.Prepares and reviews Job Orders and Purchase Requisitions for approval.Monitors the proper implementation of all jobs done either by contractors or maintenance personnelReview all statements of account of service contractors before the final approval.Records, computes, and submits to the Accounting Department, the electric and water consumption of the tenants.Responds to general inquiries from potential tenants.Conducts open inspections and shows prospective tenants through properties per appointment.Qualifications:Graduate of any college degree, preferably in Business and Office Administration, Property Management.Good interpersonal & business communication skillsHonest and can work under pressure with minimal supervisionProficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
