Job Description - Admin Associate

Admin Assistant -Answer and direct phone calls-Organize and schedule appointments.-Plan meetings and take detailed minutes-Prepare and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters and forms-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports-Develop and maintain a filing system-Update and maintain office policies and procedures-Maintain of contact list ( Employees, Clients, etc)-Provide general support to visitors-Handle request and queries from Management and Senior Managers and Sales-Order office supplies -Book travel arrangements -Handle sensitive information in a confidential mannerPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-At least 1 year experience in the field or in a related area -Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work-Attention to detail and problem solving skills-With out experience but willing to be trained-Proficient in MS OFFICE -Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply -Willing to be assigned at Pura Tarlac
