Site Engineer Requirements:- Bachelor degrees in CIVIL Engineering with Lic- 5 years of experience in construction - Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes is crucial for effective decision-making and problem-solving.- Must have strong Leadership and Communication- Problem-Solving Abilities- Organizational Skills- Must be experienced in Safety and Regulatory Compliance- Software Proficiency- COSH Certificate is an advantage- A plus factor is also considered for applicant with references and recommendations from previous companies or construction projects.- With experienced in handling a project from pre-con to post-construction
