Content Creation Marketing Trainee (Open for Fresh Grads)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creation Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital media and content creation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable in front of the camera, and has a knack for making engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other video formats.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas.
• Record, edit, and publish videos that align with our brand voice and marketing strategy.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement on social media platforms.
• Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts and tracking performance.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help grow our social media presence.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in content creation and social media marketing.
• Conduct research on competitors and industry leaders to gather insights and inspiration.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining digital content assets and resources.

Requirements

• Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Passion for creating content and engaging with audiences on social media.
• Comfortable recording and appearing in videos.
• Proficient in video editing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and best practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
