Job Description - Customer Support Agent / Home Security Account
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.- Follow established call center procedures and scripts to maintain consistency in communication.-Document all customer interactions, including the nature of the call, actions taken, and resolutions in the CRM system.- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support or supervisors as needed.- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with team members and provide support in a fast-paced and dynamic call center environment.- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.Qualifications:- Work Onsite - Good to excellent communication skills - At least HS/SHS graduate - At least 1 month CCE
