Job Description - Data Entry Specialist (Part-time)

We are a leading healthcare organization committed to providing exceptional service and support to our members. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our member data.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and passionate about ensuring data accuracy

Responsibilities

    • Correcting Broker data related to members
    • Validating Referral and Affiliate data related to members
    • Correcting other basic enrollment data (e.g., correcting all CAP names, filling missing data, etc.)
    • Assisting with monthly enrollment data through manual data entry
    • Correcting policy and eligibility data reported from vendors
    • Reviewing member data for errors caused by updates or changes made by other teams
    • Collaborating with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies
    • Utilizing Health Cloud and other tools for data validation and entry
    • Assisting in merging tickets, cases, contacts, customers, and members within Health Cloud

Qualifications

    • Proven experience in data entry or related field
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes preferred
    • Experience with Health Cloud and Zendesk (or similar platforms) is a plus
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in data entry or related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with data management systems and databases.
  • Experience with Health Cloud or similar CRM platforms preferred.
  • Previous exposure to Zendesk or similar customer support software is advantageous.
  • Flexible to work in the US timezone, Monday to Friday.
  • Capable of maintaining a distraction-free work-from-home setup.
  • Laptop or Desktop meeting the minimum specifications: 8GB RAM and i5 operating system.
  • Reliable and high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
