What You’ll Do:
• Heavy Sourcing: Hunt, identify, and engage top-tier sales talent across various US states for a variety of sales roles.
• Speed & Scale: Deliver a consistent pipeline of highly qualified, vetted candidates quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Engage & Convert: Craft compelling outreach that cuts through the noise and gets passive candidates excited about new opportunities.
What You Bring to the Table:
• US Sales Expertise: You deeply understand the sales landscape—you know the difference between an SDR, an AE, and an Enterprise Account Director, and you know what motivates them.
• Your Own Toolkit: You have active access to your own LinkedIn Recruiter seat and possess a deep arsenal of alternative sourcing methods (Boolean masters, community builders, and creative hunters wanted).
• Strong LinkedIn Presence: You have a professional, credible LinkedIn footprint that candidates trust when you slide into their InMails.
• Geographic Flexibility: You are comfortable sourcing across multiple US time zones and states, adapting quickly to localized market nuances.
• Execution Focus: You are used to working autonomously, hitting weekly pipeline targets, and pivoting fast based on feedback.
