Our client, a US-based Marketing Agency, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Google Ads Specialist to join their team. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home and is a full-time role.

About the Role

We're seeking a Part-Time Google Ads Specialist to drive user acquisition and growth across our portfolio of 5-10 health and fitness apps. You'll lead campaign strategy and optimization with a focus on maximizing app installs, re-engagement, and lifetime value (LTV) while maintaining strong ROAS performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Google App Campaigns across multiple health and fitness applications
• Optimize targeting parameters, creative assets, and bidding strategies to maximize cost-effective installs
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve KPIs
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
• Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising strategy with broader app marketing goals and KPIs
• Analyze user acquisition funnels and provide insights on campaign performance and optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns specifically for mobile app promotion
• Proven track record of scaling ROAS-positive campaigns and achieving cost-per-install targets
• Experience with Firebase Analytics and mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions
• Understanding of mobile app marketing funnels, user acquisition metrics, and LTV calculations
• Experience with Google App Campaigns, Universal App Campaigns (UAC), and YouTube advertising

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in health, fitness, or wellness app marketing
• Familiarity with other paid acquisition channels (Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads)
• Knowledge of cohort analysis and user retention metrics
• Google Ads certification
