Human Resource Intern

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Currently taking Bachelors degree in Human Resource Development Management or Psychology (Industrial Setting);- With 300 hours or above required by school for internship;- With own laptop to be used during internship;- Transportation allowance is provided;- Willing to do the internship on-site in Makati City;- Confident, organize and can work with minimum supervision;- Flexible, can easily adapt to changes, and team-player.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- HR intern shall do the sourcing of applicants as assigned by the HR Officers. This shall includes monitoring of existing job posting platforms of Prime Meridian, sorting of resume and set schedule for interview;- Handle and monitor all inquiries, emails and resume of applicants received; Send applicable forms and/or exam to qualified applicants. See to it that all forms and/or exam are duly accomplished prior endorsement to HR Officers for checking;- Update job posting advertisement/s;- Update recruitment monitoring report from time to time;
