Job Description - National Assistant Sales Manager
NATIONAL ASSISTANT SALES MANAGERQUALIFICATIONS:•Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing major or related course•With 4 – 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least two years of experience of leading a regional sales team.•With the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and creative in developing sales strategies•Adept in seeking business opportunities•Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills•Strong team management skills•With excellent communication skillsRESPONSIBILITIES:•Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets•Monitor closely nationwide sales performance•Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements•Establish productive and professional relationships with the Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, groceries, wholesalers, etc.)•Negotiate and come up with mutually beneficial agreements with key accounts.•Develop and implement effective sales strategies•Motivate, mentor and coach team members to further develop their competenciesSALARY:•P22,000 - P25,000LOCATION:•Quezon City
