Job Description - Office Sales Support
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. As a sales support you must answer customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and sales appointments.2. Follow up with customers about their order status.3. Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals.4. Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department.5. Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.6. Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.7. Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.8. Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.9. Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.10. Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams.11. Scheduling customer meetings and conferences.12. Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors.13. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and practices.QUALIFICATIONS:1. BS degree in Marketing2. Proven work experience as a Sales support or Sales support associate3. Understanding of efficient customer support and sales strategies4. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel5. In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices6. Excellent communication skills7. Willing to work in Mandaluyong area
