Job Title: HR Administrator

Overview: To provide efficient and accurate HR administrative support across all employee lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations.
Responsibilities:
Keep employee records accurate and up to date in our HR system
Complete recruitment checks as part of the pre-onboarding process
Qualifications:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Good knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation
Ideally at least 3 years HR experience
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule: Part-time, Up to 20 hours/week, with some overlap required with US, Europe, or Australia time zones.
