Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Virtual Assistant to support an entrepreneur managing three interconnected business streams:
Entertainment Shows (circus productions, moving into large-scale show production)
Studios/Workshops (private coaching, international workshops, and digital coaching)
Online Coaching App (web-based app launching soon, targeting international markets such as USA & Europe)
The VA will provide marketing, lead generation, and admin support to help drive ticket sales, build sustainable audience pipelines, and support the international launch of the new coaching app.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaigns
- Support promotion for the November 6 circus show (ticket sales, ad campaigns, building hype).
- Assist with Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign tracking.
- Provide international marketing support for coaching workshops and app launch (USA & Europe).
Lead Generation & Email Marketing
- Build and manage funnels, lead capture systems, and audience segmentation.
- Grow and utilize email lists for shows, studios, and app audiences.
- Draft and schedule email campaigns/newsletters to maintain engagement and conversions.
App Launch Support
- Contribute to pre-launch strategy (build excitement, capture leads, nurture audiences).
- Assist in driving sign-ups and trials post-launch.
- Coordinate marketing activities across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
Administrative & VA Support
- Provide general admin assistance to ease the founder’s workload.
- Work alongside the social media manager (PH-based) as part of a collaborative marketing team.
- Offer strategic input — not only executing tasks, but suggesting improvements and marketing ideas.
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in digital marketing & virtual assistance.
- Strong knowledge of lead capture, funnels, and automation tools.
- Experience running/supporting Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign reporting.
- Familiarity with content-driven platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Google).
- Proactive mindset – able to take initiative and provide strategic suggestions.
- Strong communication skills; responsive and reliable.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to align to Brisbane, AU hours.
$500 - $600 a month
