Job Description - Seasonal Administrative Assistant | ZR_25548_JOB



This is a remote position.




Schedule:



Part-Time



Between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time) Monday to Friday







Location: Jacksonville, NC









Join Our Team:



Become an essential part of our Christmas Light Installation team as a Seasonal Administrative Assistant from August 2025 to March 2026. In this role, you'll help ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, we want you to bring your passion for service to our holiday magic!








Responsibilities:



  • Manage estimation processes using software available on the Google Play Store (must have a compatible device: tablet, Chromebook, or PC)

  • Communicate with customers through Google Voice via text

  • Oversee and manage the customer pipeline within our CRM, Zoho One

  • Data transfer to Zoho

  • Assist in tracking CRM workflow

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email on Zoho

  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed






Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant

  • At least 2 years of customer service and e-commerce experience

  • Strong decision-making skills and a positive attitude

  • Proactive and able to take initiative with minimal supervision

  • Self-motivated, driven, and productive

  • Reliable internet connection

  • Must have a compatible device (Samsung tablet, Chromebook, or PC) to download and use the Image Meter app

  • At least 1 year of experience using a CRM; Zoho One experience preferred

  • Preferred experience in estimation and invoicing
