Position: Part-Time Social Media Manager (with Graphic Design & GHL Experience)
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM MST
Hours: 4 hours/day | Part-time

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and creative Part-Time Social Media Manager who has experience in graphic design and GoHighLevel (GHL). You will be responsible for managing social media content, creating engaging visuals, and supporting basic GHL tasks to help improve the client’s online presence and lead flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)


• Create simple but engaging graphics using Canva or similar tools


• Write captions and basic social media content


• Assist with GoHighLevel (GHL) tasks such as:
  
  
  
  • Updating workflows or campaigns
  
  
  • Managing basic automations or funnels
  
  
  • Monitoring leads and messages
  
  
  
  


• Respond to comments or messages as instructed


• Ensure brand consistency across posts


• Coordinate updates and reports with the client/team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager


• Graphic design skills (Canva experience is a must)


• GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is required


• Good written English communication skills


• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive


• Reliable internet connection and availability during MST hours


• Prior experience working with international clients is a plus

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics


• Experience with content calendars


• Familiarity with branding guidelines
