Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Management:
- Responsible for outreach, prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting leads into sales.
- Handle new inquiries by engaging with potential clients, explaining services, and assisting in the onboarding process.
- Customer Interaction:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing partners.
- Address partner concerns, provide necessary information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Activities:
- Set appointments, follow up on leads, and track progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Use HubSpot customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Manage and report on pipeline activities, key performance metrics, and revenue.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills and proper grammar usage.
- Proficient in computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- 2 years of experience as a Sales Associate in the real estate industry, preferably familiar with the US Real Estate industry.
- Strong work ethic with a proven track record of success in sales.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM software is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Personal laptop or PC at home (either Windows or Mac)
- Minimum of 8GB RAM
- SSD with at least 256GB capacity (HDDs are also acceptable)
- High-speed internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
- Quiet workspace with minimal disturbances and distractions
- Must be able to work 20 hours/week within the Central Time Zone (preferably Morning)
