Sales Associate - Real Estate (Part-time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead Management:
• Responsible for outreach, prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting leads into sales.
• Handle new inquiries by engaging with potential clients, explaining services, and assisting in the onboarding process.
• Customer Interaction:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing partners.
• Address partner concerns, provide necessary information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Activities:
• Set appointments, follow up on leads, and track progress towards meeting sales goals.
• Use HubSpot customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
• Manage and report on pipeline activities, key performance metrics, and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills and proper grammar usage.
• Proficient in computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• 2 years of experience as a Sales Associate in the real estate industry, preferably familiar with the US Real Estate industry.
• Strong work ethic with a proven track record of success in sales.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM software is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Personal laptop or PC at home (either Windows or Mac)
• Minimum of 8GB RAM
• SSD with at least 256GB capacity (HDDs are also acceptable)
• High-speed internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
• Quiet workspace with minimal disturbances and distractions
• Must be able to work 20 hours/week within the Central Time Zone (preferably Morning)
